CAROLS FOR THE FAMILY

As usual we shall be having our informal gathering in St Giles' Church at both 3 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Christmas Eve for Carols for the Family. Come and hear the familiar words of the Christmas story and sing some carols as we build up our Crib scene in the sanctuary. Both services are always full and that is why we have to issue tickets, which are free. They will be available at the Family Service at 9.45 a.m. on 5th December and thereafter (but not before!) by telephoning 622970.

DROP-IN FOR THE BEREAVED. Third Monday of each month. St Giles’ Church Hall, 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. A friendly, informal opportunity for a chat, over a cup of tea, with other bereaved people and pastoral visitors. The next meeting is Monday 20th December (also Monday 17th January 2005). Just come along, or ring the Rectory (622970), if you would like to talk to someone first.
